This is the list of services you receive with every inspection:
Interior Checks:
• Inspect the interior for signs of theft or other disturbance
• Check security of windows and doors
• Check the inside temperature and insure proper thermostat setting
• Visually check for any water intrusion which might lead to mold or mildew
• Identify any unusual odors or stains
• Check refrigerator and freezer
• Check and flush toilets
• Check clothes washer hoses for leaks
• Check sinks, faucets, and under cabinet drains for signs of leaking
• Inspect circuit breakers
• Check for evidence of insects or rodents
Exterior Checks:
• Visually check doors and windows
• Check for forcible entry or vandalism
• Ground level check of roof and gutters
• Check landscape for indications of regular maintenance
• Check for debris on walks or drive
• Check for downed tree limbs
• Check outside hoses and faucets for leaks
• Check screened porches for damage
